I don't post a lot of cool stuff I find here but I just ran across a unbelievable deal on a gun belt. I had bought one off a BF member about 10 years ago. It finally started getting a little old looking so I tried doing a search here for him. It was 35dollargunbelt and seems he is no longer active and the website did not pop up in a Google search. I did find a outfit called 30dollargunbelt on that auction site. Ordered one in the new brown color they have. Got here today and I was blown away. Very high quality, great color, full grain 1/4 thick steer hide and measured correctly. Length is measured in inches from the bottom of the buckle to the center hole. I just ordered another one in black.
Amazing deal for a belt like this for 30.00 and free shipping.

Nice deal. Not much beats a nice stiff belt.

I'm picking out a Mean Gene one so a bit more bucks.

Currently switching between a HSGI Cobra and a Bianchi leather.

I stick to the Instructor/Rigger style velcro belts. With velcro you can get that perfect adjustment without having to settle between 2 seperate size holes which I hate. Plus with the latch style belt you can just unhook the latch if you plan on wearing the pants again the next day which saves on wearing out the velcro.

Yeah I really like the Cobra buckle too.

There's just something super nice about a solid leather cowboy belt.

I don't remember the name on my particular belt, but it's a sturdy working belt made like an Ontario knife sheath, with a layer of leather stitched to a layer of cordura.

I've had a ABetterBeltUSA kydex reinforced Roughrider for 3 years now and love it.

Sent via telegraph with the same fingers I use to sip whiskey.

My last two were picked up at a tack store in Lancaster PA. Don't remember the name of the place, but they were both Amish made for around $25 each. Same leather they were using for the harnesses and tack for the horses pulling the buggies. Super solid, stiff, and well crafted. Just can't beat Amish craftsmanship for things like that.

Saw some Amish belts, looked very nice but none were offered in the 1/4 think leather.

I wear a 5.11 leather reinforced 1.5" belt and when this one wears out I will get another one. I've had this one two years and it looks almost new, and I'm over 240 and carry everywhere everyday. Great price at $44.

I'm a Bigfoot fan. All the other brands I've tried over the last ten years have developed sag rather quickly. The steel-lined Bigfoot ones have been great.

Hanks Belts has a 15% off sale running right now. I own two of their belts which are a bit spendy but, super nice. Their cheaper belts are very solid choices too.

These belts do look like a good deal for a moderately priced belt. I took the plunge for one to compare against my Hanks Belts. I will have to let everyone know how they compare at some point.

Isn't that hard on your back though?

No, they're quite comfortable. They've outlasted every other brand I've tried so far. Only replaced it once, not because of the belt, just because I lost enough weight it didn't fit anymore. I use it as a work belt but also carry a G19 inside the waistband. No sag, good support.

How do you like the HSGI? I've been looking for a good Cobra buckle belt. Tried a few I wasn't quite happy with. My ideal belt would be my Wilderness Instructor's but with a Cobra.

It is a super nice belt for sure. No complaints at all.

My Galco instructors belt has a cobra buckle and it's very nice. My last one lasted 6 years, only put to the side due to the velcro worn. This should last longer as with the cobra buckle I won't be using the velcro quite as much. Mayne 30% less.

I decided to go with a couple of their premium belts, thanks for the recommendation.

I've been using an Ares Gear Ranger Enhanced for about 6 years now, aside from the elastic loops wearing out finally it looks brand new and I wear it every single day. Once those parts wore out I shipped it back to them, they fixed it for free and covered shipping. Lifetime warranty.

I agree BigFoot are great. Lately I've been loving my Kore Essentials Belt. No holes! It uses a ratchet type system which gives you more adjust-ability like a vecro belt but it's sturdy leather and looks much nicer. The Big Foot is stiffer due to the steel insert but the Kore Essenitals works great for my glock 19/26/43.
