Gun forum recommendation

I know we've got some gun owners on here. I've got some questions about a Ruger 10-22 and thought that rather than picking a forum at random, I'd look for recommendations for a good forum. I'm looking for gunsmithing issues, not general ownership issues.

You might try asking Don Hanson. I believe he's done lot's of modding on 10/22's.

rimfirecentral.com for 10/22 modding, or thehighroad.com for general stuff. There are more specialized forums for particular types, such as ar15, ruger, 1911...

definitely www.rimfirecentral.com Don Hanson posts under the superstock forum some (as well as the custom knife forum, go figure )
A bunch of good guys on there.

I'm no expert but I have built a few 10-22's and completely disassembled a few of them. They're pretty easy to work on and don't require any special tools; if you can make a knife, you can work on a 10-22. PM me if you want to.
