I just noticed an article in a shooting industry publication that said SIGARMS is introducing a line of knives for sale to law enforcement, military, paramedics and other 'civic' personnel. It got me thinking.
I know that many gun manufacturers have lent their names to knives over the years. I'm no expert, but most of the ones I've seen have been less-than-stellar in the quality department. So I'll pose a question in two parts:
1. Are there any firearms-branded knives that would be considered high-quality?
2. My dagger/boot knife collection has a couple of S&W knives, a couple of Colt knives (manufactured by United, I believe) plus I've acquired a Beretta Bullet Knife (K-92) and a 70's era S&W large folder. I've been toying with the idea of working on adding to the whole 'firearms' theme. Anyone done that and what's the board's opinion on collectability?
