i know i know this is a knife and blade forum but i have a question i have an old .22 pistol that needs 2 peices to work 1 is the hand or paw which rotates
the cylinder and the other is the trigger spring. is there anybody here who feels as if they could make or even tell me how to make the peices i would greatly appreciate it. i know this gun is not valuable but i would still like to fix it if possible.

thanks

WOW, that was really easy, lol the only bad thing is that the parts i need cost more than what the gun is worth. but really thanks this will help alot.

Gun parts can be made if you have the original to copy. It will need to be heat treated. Many times you can make them from mild steel and case harden the parts. Theres allot of advantages to case hardening as the outside of the part is very hard and the inside is soft as mild steel. This means the part will not break and will wear for years. Brownells catalog could be very helpful for products and procedures.

well see that is kinda what i had in mind but now i can just buy the parts at that place.
