Picked up this unfired MKII Competition Target Model. I used a Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite picatinny rail mount with integral rear sight to install the red dot.

I used a handgun rest to zero in at 50 feet. 10 shots in one ragged hole the size of my pinkie fingernail.

No clays were safe this past Saturday........ :D

Sweet pistol!!!

I have the ruger mark III and love it.

What kind of ammo are you shooting to get those kind of groups?

I used 6 different types. The biggest (and pleasant) suprise was that the CCI Mini-Mags shot better than even the Eley and Lapua stuff. Heck the Federal Val-U-Pak was awesome for clays.

Nice pics of some sweet gear! CCI is good stuff in 22 lr or 22 mag.

Nice pistola those MkII's are getting harder and harder to find I know of a lot of shooters that prefer them over the newer MKIII's.

I have a Mark I with a 7 1/2 inch target barrel that I have been shooting since I was a kid.

I have the US Shootng Team Version and the Comp. Model. They are so accurate with iron sights, I couldn't even imagine them with a dot sight on it.
I use to luv my Model 41 S&W, but since I've had the Rugers, the 41 just sits on the shelf.
