Gun show finds

No ammo Ratty, I was looking for some large rifle primers. All they has was Mertec,or something like that so I passed.I saw lots of it (ammo). But I
got plenty for my needs.Lots of SKS"s being sold,and AR'S.I saw a 121
in good shape but was not paying 65, :thumbdn:for it.Did not see any 110's or 112' It seem's there are a lot of dealers that carry case knives around here. So not to many Bucks for sale here.

Yes, large rifle primers seem hard to find at present.

I noticed all the Bucks at the WAC gun show seem a bit pricey.

I coulda bought 3 shotguns and several rifles yesterday but was lacking about 10 grand.

I have seen the Case displays also. None of them grab me at all.

Its been a year or more but managed to grab an early three liner at a gun show for $10. Was in sad shape, but nothing that sandpaper and brasso can't clean up.

I was serious about buy ammo. Was at Bass Pro yesterday and their price on ammo was totally stupid. I mean TOTALLY STUPID. So if there is a local gun show this weekend, I will stay in town instead of heading back to Junction. I will buy at least two boxes of every caliber I shoot, or more. My .22 Hornet ammo was especially stupid at BP. I can buy .204 Hornady out in Junction cheaper than I could at BP, and you know how small towns jack up prices on hunters.

And yeah...the "AR TYPES" are skyrocketing all of a sudden,,,,,duh...we know the reason for that.

I have an unfired Colt HBAR that a friend needed some money out of when he had a crisis. Thought it was a loan with collateral, but he hasn't ever wanted it back. Turned down $1500 for it the other day. May have been silly on my part. Will see.

Will be interesting hitting the gun shows the next few months.

Yea Ratty, Those case displays all look the same.:barf:
I would think that the 2 wars we are in and the election has ammo and gun
prices up there. It's one of those things that goes up during those
times.hopefully They will come back down just like gas did.I always like to keep 200 rounds of the one's I shoot .Just buy some along and when I find a deal.Have you looked at Carters Country? or Bailys house of guns?
I would think they would be cheeper than BP.2 of our hunters got Turkeys
this weekend so there may be hope for me after Christmas when I do some
more Buck knife field testing.
