I went to the Indy 1500 today and almost walked out with a Kershaw Launch 1 (yeah, I found a guy with 3 of them) but I stumbled across a 562 for only $170 and after inspecting every aspect the only complaint is that it doesn't have money stuffed in it. I will note clearly that if you think I am trying to sell my 562 you aren't the sharpest marble in the shed... A flipper with a perfect detent and ungodly smooth action is something you cannot pass off.
Talking to the dealer I bought it from and a few other ZT dealers it seems like 562 shipments are just not getting out. I now know why I'm seeing so many people make a big deal about getting one. The knife really is spectacular, but supply issues are making it absurdly hard to get if you don't shop at the major dealers. The one I bought it from ordered a bunch of them and got... 2. All I can say is if you can check out the detent to make sure it is dialed in, get one.
