Gun Stores/ranges/clubs in greater south Boston area

Hey everyone. I'm a budding firearms collector whose hoping someone might be able to help me out.

During the summer, I live in the greater south Boston area of Massachusetts. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good gun stores, clubs and ranges in that area. I've done the standard Google searches, which have turned up some halfway promising results; I'd trust a testimonial over a Google result any day, however.

So how bout it? Anyone else in that area who can help me out?

i believe either smith and wesson or hk have a factory or something near boston, you can test out there handguns and use there range.

Smith & Wesson has one in Springfield, which is about an hour and a half out. I hadn't heard about the H&K one, I'll look into it. Thanks.

There is a gun club in Dorchester. I can't remembver the name. Sorry, that is the best I can do.

There's a gun store and range in Lowell, can't remember the name.

There is a firing range in Manchester New Hampshire. They do rifle, pistol and even full auto. Google "Manchester Firing Line".

I can't for the life of me remeber the name of the range/ gun club in Dorchester. And it isn't easy to find either. That IS the place that I have been to. I hope this helps. I did a Google search and cam up with this site. http://www.bostongunclub.net/index.htm
