Rainy Sunday, otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Turns out, there'a a new promoter & now it's more than twice as big as before. Anyway, I scored a very lightly used older HI Cobra. No pics but description: 18.25" OAL, 12" blade, 5" Sisu wood handle,brass fittings, habaki style bolster, no "UB", Nepali flag kami mark. Price I paid is better than a steal cause my concience is clear.

That's right Mo. Virtually all of mine are non initialed. Still a surprise to see the initials. I have a few Shop1 khuks from what the older crowd remembers as old school. :)

Some of us even remember the old scrolled buttcaps, like I have on Rusty's old Super Salyan. I got out my old HIKK ( Himalayan Imports Kenpo Khukuri). Not many of those made, IIRC.

I really enjoy the variety and new styles lately though.
