Gunting in SWAT Mag.

Bram had mentioned that the Gunting was in the latest issue of SWAT magazine (Feb. 2002), so I decided to check it out. Very good article, four or five pages worth and color photos! I was most pleased to see the variety of Frank Olesen's sheath's/holsters that are available. I have been to Frank's shop and had no idea of the variety that was availalbe. For all of those who want to see a Crmpt (sp?[blue G10 drone]), it is in there to. This article is much better than the one in Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement from serveral months ago. The article is definitly worth a look. I cannot wait to see my local PD carrying the Gunting.

yup the CRMIPT's are there..along with some of the very cool holsters that SKUNKWORKs makres for the GUNTING series...
SKUNKWORKS and Lancer are working on a full combat carry system to include the Gunting...

It's finally coming out in several more Police magazines as well.
A couple of articles will be appearing in ASLET magzine about its use in Body Guarding, Corrections and on the beat..
The LEO communities just getting into it.. It was premiered @ ASLET, and soon @ CERT the Corrections Officers National get together..

The DOJ has it with the USBP..and some others...

Look for a longer better Article in Guns & Weapons For Law Enforcement coming up soon.
I just showed it to a couple members of the US Congress..They were impressed..and they loved the SWAT Article!!
