Gunting Lock Snap

I just got my gunting and I am loving it. I noticed that when you open the blade slightly it snaps back weaker than others into the closed position. Thus, it opens very easier (especially in the pocket). I'm not sure why but I'm guessing maybe its because the liner in the compression lock doesn't go far enough. Is there anyway to strengthen the snap back???
Opinions, comments, suggestions are welcomed and wanted.
Thanks a lot.

:D

Liner locks and compression locks are not known for their strong closing bias. There is no way to strengthen this closing bias on your own: it would take a redesign of the knife.

Yeah, I can understand that. But when compared to my friend's gunting, it just seems weaker and wondering why and how to make it the same as his.
