Geez, almost 200 bucks for 4034? No thanks, hahaha. For 80 to 90 bucks as a non-serious, whack-around-for-fun tool, sure. But man, you can get a Becker or an ESEE for that amount of cash.
Welp , "Somebody" should try one and review here !Only $190 !
For a few bucks more, I believe Kailash also offers micarta handles. Just check out their site. I get what you mean though. I’m actually a fan of CS’s rubber handles. Nearly perfect for hands of all sizes, gloved or not.I kind of like the rubber handles on the Cold Steel Kukri and 3V would also be a treat except for the price. I guess a nice 5160 Kukri would work as well but no rubber handle models that I've seen other than CS.
Ha! Ha! I was on their forum yesterday checking out different blades and it sounds like a 13" blade with a tapered tang and micarta handles with the performance grind sounds nice. Well, LT had said that he sold the company to GSM because they had the ability to keep all products in stock.I am unconvinced that we will ever see any of these in 3V at any price. They still haven't delivered the Trailmaster in 3V.
