I saw these posters at a tobacconist shop. I wonder what the do with them when they're done with them...

Gurkha is a cigar brand. If you're interested, I can ask around and see if my buddy has any lying around from promotional events. I used to have one similar to the first one in 2'x3' red with a guy holding a sword (scimitar?).

Somewhere around here I have a couple of the cigar tins, from when I did such things. The khukuri in the logo Gurkha's hands looks exactly like the AC Bhojpure I remounted.

I got the pure evil flag from them but they will not sell you anything unless you are ordering for the tobacco store (cigar store in my case). The Gurkha rep just told me to ask the cigar shop to order one for me. They were pretty cool about it and told me to wait because the Gurkha rep was coming for an event in about a week. Ended up getting the flag from him. That's how it works in GA anyway. ymmv

I've smoked my share of Gurkha cigars over the years. They are good, but pricey. Notice they use the image from the Illustrated London News to advertise with?

Interesting. I wonder if he would be up for a trade...

Myself, I'm an occasional pipe tobacco smoker but I don't really do cigars. Next time I try one I'll definitely look for a Gurkha Cigar.

they sell the cigars at the place down the street from my house but don't always have them and like mentioned a bit pricey

I have had their Maduro once. Was nice with mild flavor of Sugar, Spice in between. I remember it was $5-6 a stick and was nicely constructed. Gurkha also has high end brands which are more costly made with top class tobacco from round the world.

I believe I have a complete set of Gurkha Cigar metal cigar signs, given to me by a shop manager, several years ago. Still in the cardboard box as I recall. I
ll have to look in the garage in the morning.
