Gurus where you least expect them

The tot only wished to teach the monks about unexpected impermanence.
He must've been a Lama in his former life. :D

Little kids can teach us a lot.

yup like how to take the hint in a verbal fight, that it is time to stop talking, and move along. their place in the social food chain is respected. when adults are less functional than little kids, i get really annoyed.

that and kids are more tech savvy than me and i have a college degree. lol. now i know where the cliche came from.

I agree on the tech savvy thing. I bought a watch awhile back, digital where the numbers show up and date and stuff. Got it so I wouldn't have to get my glasses and a magnifying glass to see the date. It wasn't horrible expensive but had it all, everything but a cup holder I think. Time zones, all kinds of stuff nobody needs to know.

I couldn't figure out how to set the durn thing and when daylight savings hit I couldn't reset it and it only ticked me off. I gave it to my kid. He didn't even read the 1/2" thick manual and figured it all out. I went back to my old watch and don't care what day it is anymore.
