I don't know if this is the right forum for this or not, but I am wondering if anyone has any practical experience with Gustav Emil Ern knives. I've used one that is probably 30 years old and liked it very much, but I don't know if they still use the same materials, processes, etc. what with the push for shiny stainless knives and all (this older one does not appear to be stainless although it could simply be because it is so old). Does anyone know anything about them today?
