Couple of different styles of gutter/skinners.
First one is a fish skinner with small gut hook. 1095 high carbon steel. 8/14 inch long with a 4 inch blade
handle is Bloodwood and African Blackwood
Bigger hunter skinner/gutter . 8 inch overall , with the blade about 4 inches long and 2.5" at it's widest. The knife is made from recycled material, specifically from a 32" diameter saw mill blade, making it about 3'16" thick
handle is Zebrawood, Rosewood inlay with a homemade Micarta Bolster
