Darnit, I still can't seem to add the pic from my album...anyway not long ago I bought an 11" GCC manual stiletto. I'd wanted one ever since I saw a new one in a pawn shop in LA. It was more money than I could afford so it didn't go home with me. Now I've found its twin! Gorgeous green/black horn scales with gloss still on them, 5" blade and a back lever for unlocking. And just as we used to do in the day, this one's been gently filed at the heel of the tang so it flips open with wrist action! Has a nickel silver plug where the firing button would go which tells me this one was assembled at least partially with switchblade parts. It was gonna go in a shadow box with a few other lethalities but since I bought it, it's been riding in my jeans pocket! heh heh:thumbup:

Wow, I'd like to see a picture of that!! Sounds like a beauty.

I was able to post a pic on knifeforums and it's in the "gallery" section. I just can't post a pic here cos the pic I have is in my computer's photo album and when I try to add pic here it wants URL which won't make it possible for me to access that pic. But hop over there and see what you think. I'm still amazed that after 49 years or so the carbon steel blade is still bright and fresh!
