OK, C10 is an Endura 4 and C36 is a Military. I think there are more differences between them than just the steel. Handle materials (FRN and G10), grinds (Enduras can be had sabre or full flat ground, Millies are flat ground), locks (lockback and linerlock), clips (Endura is four position, Military is tip down), handle shape, blade lenght... I'd say the only similarity is that they are roughly in the same size category and they both have Spyder holes.
Anyway, I like Enduras and think they are very nice EDC knives (I own several different versions), but I think the Military is a better folder. It's super light weight for its size, S30V is a great steel and the handle is very comfortable (the Endura 4 feels a bit too narrow in my large hands, the Military has a broader handle). I don't like the single position clip on the Military, the Endura has an advantage there. The backlock is easier to use with my left hand, too (which is why I usually carry an Endura in my left pocket), not an issue if you're right handed.
