GW newly satin, will i need a custom sheath???

well i am in the process of satining my GW (up to 600) will i need to send my knife in to get a special fitting?

i also did to some mods to the handle. not much... the slabs were out further then the metal (probably because i stripped it) so i i leveled it to the metal. will this affect it?

The BCS usually has some leather GW sheaths.
Some of the makers will have a knife on hand so you won't have to send it.
With Kydex I've mostly got a better fit when knife was sent in even when they had one on hand. Some Busse's may have a slight varience.

Sanding the micarta down flush won't hurt it and sounds like it needed to be done.

I am going pro with taking pics with phone.

i will (when done with GW) send it in to just get a tight fit.
