It has a fold-over belt loop in the back.

Some folks have wet the sheaths and "boned" them to make the leather conform to the shape of the knife.

You can search the Busse forum for "boning," but you'll have to wade through a bunch of irrelevant posts by TonyG.

Rather unexpectedly, I picked this one up from Tom Krein in the Exchange. Very nice little sheath.
