I've been wondering the same thing.
I collect knives and I use knives. By this I mean that some knives I own are safe queens, others are users.
I have a Gipsy Jack (my s/n is pretty low, now I don't remember what it is but if I remember well, it's under 100. Too lazy to go check it out right now) and I love the knife, it has a great unique design. The knife in itself is absolutely flawless, meaning it came (directly from Emerson as I did buy it thru their website) absolutely perfect in any way.
This knife is one of my safe queens, not because I wouldn't trust the knife but because to me it's such a thing of beauty.
