Hello friends, I would like to show one of my recent works.

Knife awarded best kitchen knife at AGC(Associação Gaúcha de Cutelaria/Gaucho Cutlery Association) fair Knife.
it was also the AGC table test knife. forger category. along with two other gaucho knives, which I will soon present here, a table test, and another cutting test


Gyuto knife, considered by the Japanese version of the western chef knife. It can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques to achieve a wide range of cooking tasks and is suitable for cutting the vast majority of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Gyuto is a true multipurpose knife.
Oil-hardened 1095 carbon steel blade. Octave handle in Castelo Branco and ferrule in ebony.
