Hello guys and girls.
I`m new in the forum. Last week i present miself and now i wanna show you my last work.
It´s some kind of kitchen knife with a japanese shape. I think it looks like a gyuto.
The blade is forged from a 1" round bar of 52100 steel. The cutting edge length is 7 1/4". The overall length is 12 1/2". The tickness of the blade is around 0.08". The point is scary thin, and really flexible.
The handle is made from guayacán wood whit a brass pin.
