Hello friends, I would like to show one of my recent works.
Knife presented at MIC International Cutlery Show 2019 sold / sold:
Gyuto knife, considered by the Japanese version of the western chef knife. It can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques to achieve a wide range of cooking tasks and is suitable for cutting the vast majority of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Gyuto is a true multipurpose knife.
Watter-hardened 1095 carbon steel blade. Octave handle in bogoak and ferrule in desert ironwood.
I would like to invite you to get to know my work on Instagram and Facebook
