If my mom hadn't just bought herself a kitchen set I'd be all over this:(. That plunge line looks fantastic! What the thickness behind the edge?

The "thinness" behind the edge....:D....is around 0.010"

I would really like to see this one off to a new home...How 'bout a price drop?

$175 shipped CONUS.
