Thanks for the compliments! I believe sujis typically have less height for this length, hence the name I put in the title. I've seen plenty of gyutos that have similar edge profile to this knife and plenty that "gyutos" that almost look like a German rocker.
It seems like gyuto is the in-style nomenclature to use.

I really like the profile and pointy tip.
Looks like it would do the Gyuto's job well with the veggies, then the Suji's job when it comes to slicing the meat.
To me it looks like a great multi use knife.
