Custom hybrid in 52100, buckeye burl, reconstituted stone, and G10. 230mm/9in blade length and 40mm/1.6in at the heel. Thanks for looking!

Looks gorgeous but I don't see the gyuto part of it... they usually have much more belly.
 
Thanks for the compliments! I believe sujis typically have less height for this length, hence the name I put in the title. I've seen plenty of gyutos that have similar edge profile to this knife and plenty that "gyutos" that almost look like a German rocker. :)
It seems like gyuto is the in-style nomenclature to use.
 
Beautiful knife Ian.
I really like the profile and pointy tip.
Looks like it would do the Gyuto's job well with the veggies, then the Suji's job when it comes to slicing the meat.
To me it looks like a great multi use knife.
