I think my H&K (Benchmade) assisted open Nitrous Blitz just broke. The assisted open does not lock. It looks like the blade doesn't pass the liner lock, thus it doesn't fire into place to lock the knife. Anyone ever see this happen? I guess I need to send back to Benchmade. This is annoying as the knife is 3 months old and barely used.

I'm not asking this because I'm goin to mention the warranty- have you ever taken it apart? Incorrect reassembly can cause your issue, even if you didn't take it all the way apart just trying to open it and stopping can still do it.
If you do have to send it in expect a ~2 month wait, I just got my 710 back today, sent it in 1/28.

Nope. I haven't even sharpened it yet. It's literally in mint condition. I got it ~3 months ago and it's been sitting unused in my knife collection.
