Does anyone own a contemporary knife (within the last few years) of an H. M. Slater knife? I saw that they make Lambsfoot knives and other traditional English cutlery, but I’m curious about the quality. Thanks!

He does, he's in bed! :D Slater's site may still exist, but the firm closed down several years ago now Joshua :( The quality was good enough, back in the day, Stan Shaw even did some work for them
Yet another knife-making company defunct. What a shame. Thank you for the info, Jack!

Sad news. Their website was worse than useless, but I was just thinking if I ordered a lambsfoot they could probably find the right knife.
If I were ever to do anything in a timely fashion, it might be a sign of the end times.

Yes indeed Joshua, though I understand that in this case it was mainly because Mr and Mrs Slater were old, and wanted to retire. I'm not sure they had had a regular workforce for some years
