just wanted to tell you all that my first child was born yesterday (we had some problems and had to have a sectio - but thats adequate for a knifenut´s son, everything is allright now), we´re so glad... His name is Simon and he will come home next week.

Congratulations! Trust me, your life will never be the same again. I can not imagine life without my boys, and don't know what I did before they were born. It is a great experience...actually much more than that, but I'm not sure how to put it into words. Have you got Simon a khukuri yet?

Having a child is a great experience. No beer until he's at least 2 1/2 years old though... :rolleyes: :D

Everybody is happy and healthy? Awesome! Congrats! Baby boys are great! (I have two - 2yrs and 4mos.). You're in for quite a ride. I find that I laugh every day now. Enjoy each stage they go through - they only do it once.
