Haft for large hewing axe

Looking for input on where to buy a bent handle for a large hewing axe. Thanks, Dog
Here are a couple of links that might help. I don’t know really anything about these sellers other than Beaver Tooth is in Tennessee, as am I. Of interest, Link handles made by Seymour was Tennessee company also. You could also check House Handle out of Missouri.


 
Thanks Swede! I did look at the on line handles, but thought some of you might have a preference. I have a large hewing axe of my buddies that's in nice shape and will fix it up for him. I thought a 36" haft was too long, but I guess I can saw it off if needed. I'll order the Beaver-tooth one of these days if the eye is the same. Thanks again, Dog

You bet Old Dog. Yep, I think you might want to trim a handle down. Check out the post on "Opinions on this broad axe" where there is discussion about handle length.
