This will be my first 26650 cell light review and so far in I'm impressed. I can't see EDCing this thing everyday but it's an excellent bed side light or one to take camping. It puts out an enormous amount of light and feels good in the hand. It's definetly heavier than the lights I'm used to but the heft is reassuring. It comes in a neat but a little flimsy plastic case with instruction, extra o rings and a lanyard. The orange peel reflector makes a nice even floody beam which is fairly neutral thanks to the MTG2 emitter. However, mine has two distinct rings around the main beam pattern which don't bother me but I know it would some people.
The UI is fairly similar to most lights on the market, it most reminds me of an Olight in my opinion. It cycles quickly and the side switch gives a good positive feel to let you know you've pressed the button. It fills the hand but fits nicely. While it puts out a great amount of light the 26650 is somewhat of an odd cell. Personally I only own this one light and had to buy a battery to run it, which is the only downside I can find so far. However, if you are into flashlights that won't deter you, it's just another light platform to get lost in.
For a no name light coming from China this thing is great. The machining on the body is good, the coating is even, the body had grip in the right places and the threads are relatively smooth. Also, the lens o ring is glow in the dark making it easier to find if you drop it in the dark. Overall this is a pretty cool light that is built well and performs enough better that I can see it filling a niche an 18650 light wouldn't.
