My wife picked up her first custom chef knife from this years Blade Show in Atlanta. She has always used Cutco then last year she picked up a Hammerstahl and this year picked up a custom W2 steel chef knife with maple handle. It slices like butter and she enjoys it and the grub ain't bad neither, lol.

Thanks again Haley looking forward to adding a larger damascus in the future to the collection.

Thanks for the review Ryan, glad to see some food blood getting on the blade :)

Thanks to everyone for the encouraging words, I'm very excited about the chef knife niche because it's so performance driven. I'm studying everything I can get my hands on at this point and already dreaming about the next Seattle show.

Eric I'm looking forward to making Kat's knife, that piece of stabilized koa we picked out together is burning a hole in my pocket:) I just got home today but will be leaving on the boat for a short anchor job before I get back into the shop. I'll be in touch!

Beautiful kitchen knife!!!  Very elegant and supa' clean! :)

***Sidenote*** something I'm really impressed with--- even though Haley has a husband/shop partner that's a very accomplished Mastersmith with a VERY recognizable style, she has her own style and has never just copied Adam's work. You two are a heck of a team! :D

Glad to hear you made it back home. Be safe on that job. :)
