Friend of mine gave me an old hatchet. On the hammer head are the letters ND next is U. S. A. And under that is XX. Other side has a 3 and maybe a 2 after it. Thats the only marks i can find? I would appreciate any help identifying this who made it bout how old is it? Thank you in advance for any help.
