I don't know of any Spyderco knives that are planned to or have been made like that.
Though it is a great idea.
I think the Compression lock is one of the best lock types ever made. However, on the Para-Military and a few other knives it has been found to be prone to developing vertical play.
On the other hand the integral Compression lock, as found on the ATR, has an almost perfect track record. The SS version being slightly better than Ti.
Seeing the track record of the integral Compression lock compared to the liner version, I would prefer that all future use of the lock feature a full metal scale on the lock side.
It would accomplish the same thing if Spyderco were to thicken the liners (IMHO). Either way, I would like to see 1/16" thickness as standard, and even thicker with bigger knives.

I do believe the Jens Anso and the Kevin Wilkins colabs will have Ti and G10
