My name finally came up on Jerry's list and I ordered a 1 blade trapper with natural micarta handles. From the time I confirmed the order until I had the knife in my hand - 8 days!! :eek: Jerry doesn't mess around!

Fit and finish is excellent and the blade is Halfrich sharp. As a matter of fact, Jerry told me it's as sharp as he can get any of his blades. He said he was able to cut hair in half cutting it straight across the middle! That is seriously sharp.

As usual, I can't get my pics to load. If someone could give me hand, I'd appreciate it. The pics don't do the knife justice, but they'll give you an idea of Jerry's work.

Shoot me the pics at fewpop at yahoo dot com and I'll see what I can do.

Congrats, Marty. Jerry sent me a picture of your knife last week. He was really pleased with the way that blade turned out and I'd have to agree from what I've seen. :thumbup:

Thats a beauty!! Enjoy it. I'm always amazed at how well Jerry's knives cut. Its a real treat to own one.

Well, that is nice:thumbup::thumbup:
