Warming up a bit today, we are in the twenties here. A nice change from the sub zero mornings.

We are brewing again this weekend, that will put 30 gallons of home brew in the secondary car boys. It needs to set about a week before we can bottle it.

Winter is a great time to get together and brew with friends.

Its like getting together for a hammerin, but with more yeast.

I know what you mean man... today is supposed to get up above freezing for the first time in weeks! Hopefully I can get a little shop time in after work (of course, it'll be approaching freezing temps by then again....) Wish you were about 1000 miles closer... I'd love to make the spring HI.

I appreciate the offer IG... I might take you up on that someday. I have some family scattered around the East coast, but haven't had much reason to visit lately... maybe I can kill two birds with one stone.

I hope to be living in Tucson by the end of the year.

Cool... Az is a little more my style anyway.... keep us posted Admittadly... I'm a little worried about what might happen if you start spending time with Tai Goo... Trying to picture the neo-tribal biker knives.... At least there won't be any shortage of fresh habeneros!

That is one of the reasons I am moving.:confused: For the fresh habeneros, I can make my heat treating relish year round.:eek:;):D

The cold winter will be back on Saurday Fred. So, don't get out your summer bloomers yet. They are calling for snow and snow showers throughout the week. And the temperatures are supposed to go downhill. Better get some of IG watered down hot sauce to tied you over til March. :D
