No, James Todd G10 is not a new brand, it is the stuff that was practically given away by James Todd, Gigantic blocks for the cost of shipping. (Thanks again James.)

So here it is.

Very Nice Scales:) I really like the knife.
Glad it worked out, thanks for sharing. I really did not know if it would work at all. But I did end up giving away nearly 4,000lbs of the stuff. To any knifemaker that wants more. I am OUT. But you might ask Bobby Branton about some.:D

yeah, I ended up cutting most of it with a cut off wheel (abrasive wheel) on a table saw. I took slow passes and raised the blade each time. It worked well, albiet a bit dusty. Wear your respirators!

That is an amazing knife.

Matt, when are you gonna get a website (or at least a gallery) so we can look at your stuff all in one place?

I am working on it, I promise. I know I have been saying that for a while, but it is true. I expect within the next few weeks, one will be up and running.

Looks great, Matt! Can't wait till you get your website up & running!
You done real good, Jim! Sure was nice of you to ship 2 tons of the stuff to Folks that could put it to good use! Friends helping Friends...You be Folksy, my Friend!

I love the G-10 as well as your application. I will certainly keep an eye for any of this G-10 for sale. Nice work fellas.

Keep in mind that when you are pressuring Matt to rush his Web site, you are encouraging the man (with said 'gallery of knives' ) to pressure me...his Web geek. Have mercy on the geek.

I can hardly believe my eyes...not one person asked if you just made that knife for the halibut.:D

Cool looking knife btw.:thumbup::cool:

Knifehead, When I originally posted a halibut knife, I gave that as the reason that I posted it. I was bored and made it just for the "halibut", plus it looked kind of like a fish to me.

webg33k,
Thanks for what you have been doing.

He really has been working hard guys!

I have been watching every knife you post on here and I must say, out of all of the custom knives that get posted on this board, your knives are my favorite. Hopefully one day I'll start having money again and I can buy a few of them. I just love everything about them. Way to go man. Keep up the good work.

absolutely love it to death. I love the halibut, and I really love that color scale material. I have some similar colored G-11 I am using for my first knife.

Is this one already taken?
