Ok, its almost that time, and I should have started this sooner, but, I'm lazy, so.......

Here is the meat of teh sammich, carve a pumpkin using any BKT knife (BK12 included), then use that pumpkin in a staged scene of your choosing, making sure to make your BKT knife the star.

Best one wins.

What do you win? Ummmmmm........how about a BK3?

Make it funny, make it scary, make it gross, just keep it PG13.

Must be 18yrs old to win, you are responsible for your actions, no one else is. If you can't afford to buy it don't break it.

Contest runs until November 1.

Questions? I'll start a question thread.

This is an open contest, you just have to have a BKT knife, a pumpkin, and some imagination.

Hungry Hungry Jack-O-Potomus!

The BK-15 did most of the work.

In before the buzzer!

My wife and I didn't have time to actually have this thing carved and put out before the festivities started, so we went a different route. With the elections and all coming up here really soon, we decided to go all patriotic instead of scary/funny. I've not tried anything like this before, and I was pretty happy with the results.

The BK9 is a perfect fit for a photo op with this patriotic pumpkin.

Perhaps a more "epic" shot of the pair.

These last few weeks were almost solid midterms. This morning was my last midterm of the semester, so I finally had some time away from the books tonight to get this done.

Thanks for the chance :).

EDIT: I would like to just say that I didn't read the rules as carefully as I should have. The pumpkin wasn't carved with the BK9. I used lots of my knives, but not actually any Beckers :( (Although a Kabar was used). I understand that will likely disqualify me, but just wanted to get that out there. It had been a few weeks since I read the description, and I had forgotten the part where the beckers were supposed to do the carving.

My bad guys :(.

Alright, sorry for the delay, I been busy.

Hungry hippo wins. I showed this to my kids to judge, and at first, they wanted the guy who done the mooning scarecrow to win.

After I explainef the situation, Hungry Hippos takes the BK3.
