Hammaro Lighting Paper is yet another great Swedish fire starting product, although not very popular in the U.S. so far. The thing that sets it apart from most other man-made tinders is that it's incredibly compact (making it great for kits.)
The package consists of six cards, each of which can be torn into about eighteen 1.3" x 1.3" squares. For most fires, a single square should be more than enough. As mentioned, these are great for kits. Each card it only 2mm thick so can be cut to fit a wallet, Altoids tin or other small flat space.
Searching youtube, all the reviews seem to originate outside the U.S. As such, in the U.S., it's doubtful you'll find these anywhere but online. Mine came from a super popular online retailer that used to be known for selling mostly books.
If you decide to give the Hammaro Lighting Paper a try, make sure you prep it as shown in the video below. You'll note the reviewer is using a huge ferro rod. It is definitely overkill. By pinning the card down with the tip of an itty bitty BSA Hot Spark ferro rod, I was able to catch a spark with a single strike. Properly prepped, it's takes a spark amazingly well.
The prepping process starts at 2:00 minutes:

If searching for reviews of the product, note that it is sometimes referred to as Hammaro Lighting Paper, and sometimes as Hammaro Tinder Cards.
