Hammer Brand

Do any of you know if Imperial knives used "Hammer Brand" in name only, or did they also use the trademark "forearm raised with forging hammer in hand" along with it on the blade tang? The original Hammer Brand, of course, was a trademark of the old New York Knife Co. Any insight into my question will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, :thumbupale H.
