Looks interesting, I would like to get one. 11.75" blade, I believe my old Tactical Tanto has about a 7" blade.

Please read the rules posted at the top of this forum. It is not the place for where to buy what. So let's keep this discussion centered on the knife itself rather than where to get it.
 
Are you sure you weren't looking at the OAL on the spec sheet? I don't see a 12" blade model on their site.
 
Oops, sorry for the infraction, in my excitement to get information on this knife I posted without reading the rules. And yes the new Tactical Tanto has a 11" blade.

It's simply not released yet. It's a new model being revealed officially at SHOT, but info leaked a little.

I just bought a tanto off the **** ***. Some guy in Tx imports them and tunes' them up. I gotta tell ya, the thing is outstanding. Nice hamon, everything is tight on the handle and doesn't come loose when you are using it to cut. The thing is extremely sharp to boot. Now I ain't into cutting stuff much anymore, you know like milk jugs, matts, and ropes and the like. You know to test the skill of the cutter and the knife geometery. But straight out of the box this thing cut through a standing plastic gallon milk jug like it wasn't even there. Frankly I haven't done that in ages. Was kind of cool actually. It is a folded T1 carbon steel or some such thing. You can easily see the grain of the steel and folding done to the blade. Truth be told I was not expecting that much but the tanto is outstanding in every regard. keepem sharp
