I dont get this. The 8oz spray is only $1 more expensive than the 4oz spray. Is the 4oz better then? Seems weird that you are only paying $1 more for double the spray.

Anywhere else i can get the exact same great quality stuff as his diamond spray? Are you guys still having issues with him shipping stuff out to you on time or if i order through him, should i be prepared to wait like 6 months for it to get here?

In other words the 8oz bottle is like how they fill detergent with water to make it seem bigger.
There are 21 carats of diamond in each bottle, but one just has more fluid than the other.
 
Yes. In this case however, it is to address the different needs of customers by providiing different concentrations for different applications. OldDude1
