I have one of these David made a few months ago, maybe a year at this point. it’s an absolute beast! It’s been through at least a half dozen house fires (am a firefighter, not an arsonist), numerous brush fires and breached a solid amount of interior and exterior doors. Edge is still workable, no deformations or rolls. Wood is holding up great and both the grips and steel have minimal staining, really solid for AEB-L.

Also great for piercing and tearing down a sheet metal ghetto fence, blocking a burning welding tank.

Just wanted to give a field review and let people know this is a great axe for real work, not just a hanger!
