Hand fitting your pins (part 2)

This really kicks ass!

Create your custom pins as explained in the first thread. Before you put them in the knife and pean them, take a drill bit slightly larger than the hole the pins go through and countersink the holes on both sides. Now after you pean both sides of the pin real well, file off the exposed head of the pin. The result is that you can file the pin flush with the handle and sand it smooth. Very cool!
