May I know what kind of knife is this and the value as well as my chef got it at 220,000 Yen during the 1960's? I also want to know what is engraved there? My chef has already passed on and I didn't get a chance to talk to him as it was too sudden and since then I changed the handle and polished the blade with no further use in the kitchen anymore. Appreciate all the aid I can get, thank you!
