Hand forged squirrel cooker!

Looks great, though I'm confused about how this is used...is it essentially just a roasting spit?

A fork is one of the options I was planning on. This one would have had one but I may or may not have inadvertently broken it off; rookies, what can you do with them.:D

In the near future I would like to make a video of me using one.

Thanks guys!

A squirrel cooker is a genius idea, as simple as it gets for camp cooking. There are two parts to the traditional unit. One part is a stake that goes in the ground in close proximity to your fire. It has a loop on the top to hold the arm. Often on end of the arm has a fork or spike to hold your meat of choice. The other end has a hook to hange a pot over the fire. It's a really good idea!
