Last year I started making handcrafted stone blade tomahawks. While camping I always whittle but I ran out of things to do so I decided to make a tomahawk.
I found the most perfect rock and used it for a head, I split a handle and inserted the rock, I then wrapped it with sinew and wet leather, the leather dried and shrunk on the tomahawk. The stone does not budge wiggle or move whatsoever! I busted beers exploded 2 liters and chopped sticks. This thing will crush skulls! It weight about 6 pounds!

I'm going to start selling these on etsy.
Since then I now use hand knapped stones for the heads, use only leather and sinew, no more glue and add beads and arrowheads to my hawks. Here are some photos of my works in progress.
Here is my newest hawk it has an arrowhead bottom rabbit fur and pheasant feathers
