handle blade ratio

while most people want a folder with a large blade to handle ratio. im wondering what knives have a short blade compared to the handle. i feel that i do not need a longer blade, plus it is less scary for non knife folks. im talking handle lengths around 4 inches or less.

Greetings Armstrong*skier; You might try Spyderco's website,,,they have a pretty good selection of folders with smaller blades, compared to their handles, and they really aren't priced too high. Good Luck, Scalphunter

The reason I recently bought a Paramilitary is because I wanted a smaller blade with a full size handle. Not for any sheeple reasons, I just didn't need as much blade as I was carrying (Benchmade 710), but felt like I needed the full size handle just to be comfortable.

i have looked at the para military, but it is out of my price range plus the handle is a little too big.
 
Emerson CQC-14 and Spyderco Para are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head.
 
Spyderco Persistence has a 4.1" thick and wide handle and a 2.75" blade and is easily available under $35 on line.
