So was there a change made to the metal used in the handle tubes?

They are silver in color and not brass anymore?

All I could find on the busse website was "alloy". Wouldn't something like titanium or even a non-reflective surface treatment be cool...

They've used brass and seem to be using stainless steel. I heard they may be using unobtainium soon though.

The BATAC's I got in recently are both brass or brass alloy. I did have a HR that had some type of silver alloy. Seems like the FF GW also had the silver.

my smog warden has silver fasteners... looks alot like the nickel plated brass on my first stage regulator.

my euro 4 has pure brass.

Last time this came up the Boss said that the silver ones were nickle and the brass colored ones were .... brass. ;)

To my experience the nickel ones are used with the magnum slabs and brass with regulars. Am I right??

No. My standard slabs are not brass.

Does anyone have the post link where Jerry commented on the handle tubes?

My magnum SFNO is brass, I think. I think my game wardens (Black Micarta/DC and Green Linen/Satin) are both brass, but have to run home and check.
