Handle giving way

Buck knife # on blade 123 been a good knife wife took from me to use in kitchen but since than have noticed handle giving way, It a soft handled fillet knife. Don't know if I am posting this in right place feel free to place it where it is suppose to be. Thanks Hoot

I dont know if this is the case,but dont put them in the dish washer.It messe with the handles some how. I did one of mine and the handle felt softer,like it had melted a little.180 degree water on a rubber handle.dont know.
